Eye Lighting launches Horo, the new series of high performance floodlights that are designed to deliver a professional solution. Available with broad and narrow distribution reflectors, and a wide range of high performance lamp options, Horo provides photometric flexibility to satisfy a variety of lighting applications for general and professional lighting.

The high efficiency of the luminare is achieved by the use of high quality purity aluminium reflectors and high transmission clear glass, providing a coefficient light transmission >90%. The angle incidence of the 45° degree maximum beam intensity reduces the reflected light and provides higher light transmission compared to fittings with higher angles of incidence. The relatively low weight and reduced windage surface area of the Horo fittings makes them ideal for mounting on lightweight structures leading to installation cost savings.

Light pollution and trespass light control is maintained for most applications with the 45° degree peak intensity ensuring upward component control, whilst maintaining a good ‘cut off’. For the more demanding applications on light pollution and glare control, the Horo range offers three external cowls for use up to 65° degree peak beam, whilst maintaining upward lighting pollution and reducing the effects of sky glow.
